Meet The Team
CA Puja Jha is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of professional experience in auditing, group reporting, consolidations, and internal financial control reporting. She has expertise in managing complex audit assignments requiring in-depth knowledge of company procedures, accounting standards, and audit methodologies. Her work emphasizes balancing multiple priorities, risk assessment, critical analysis, and effective communication. Puja ensures compliance with Indian GAAP, Companies Act 2013, Ind AS, and Tax Audit requirements under Section 44AB.
She has managed the full audit lifecycle—from planning and control testing to substantive testing and final reporting. Puja has extensive experience in preparing standalone and consolidated financial statements, especially for first-time Ind AS implementation, and in handling statutory audits, group reporting, and tax audits. She has also been deeply involved in ICOFR testing, focusing on process understanding, risk identification, and testing for design and operational effectiveness.
Puja is an ex-employee of PWC and KPMG, where she worked with clients like Avangrid Inc., Home Credit India, Himadri Speciality Chemicals, Cordlife Sciences, ValueFirst Digital Media, Shiv Nadar Trust, and several tea estates. She has demonstrated strong leadership in managing teams and projects, delivering quality financial and compliance solutions across industries like finance, manufacturing, IT, healthcare, and non-profits.
CA Sumit Jha is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of professional experience in Accounts, Finance, Taxation, and Compliance. He has worked extensively in controller roles, handling finalization and consolidation of financial statements, periodical book closures, AP/AR, MIS reporting, and ensuring compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, ROC, and Payroll regulations. Sumit has managed accounting and payroll functions as an in-house expert and an outsourced service provider.
His responsibilities include maintaining books of accounts, finalizing financials, collaborating with auditors (including Big 4 firms), monthly closures involving provisions, prepayments, depreciation, and lease accounting, while generating accurate MIS reports. Sumit has also led teams, implemented internal controls and SOPs, and managed intercompany reconciliations.

In addition, he has experience in planning and forecasting, budget management, cash flow, and working capital management, investment evaluations, capital expenditure analysis, and process improvements. Sumit has handled tax audits and transfer pricing documentation (Forms 3CD and 3CEB), and played a key role in Ind AS 115 and Ind AS 116 implementations.
